Process for Exchange and Return:

  • Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team using the provided return shipping label or a trackable shipping method of your choice.
  • Step 5: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost (if any).

Refund Processing Time:
